The philosophy

We want to suggest the culture of olive oil to many people, and they to participate in this.

Therefore we cultivate for years fallow, erosion exposed land and plant it with young olive trees. By elaborate earthworks the water is brought to the olive tree and everyone gets its own hose for a gentle, droplets of irrigation. Villa Oliveto is widely fenced and guarded to protect the trees from different hazards.
