| The olive oil from Villa Oliveto |
|
What makes our oil so special? Villa Oliveto is an ambitious project in the Aegean region (Western Turkey). A modern irrigation system, well-developed infrastructure and exclusively harvest by hand make this project to a successful project. As a family company, every process of our production is under our control, accompany this and are liable for the quality of our products with our behalf. Our olive trees are planted by us and are maintained by us. The oil is each year exclusively produced, bottled and marketed by us. It depends on the direct routes to Germany and is also offered here by us. Therefore we can offer you this cold pressed, extra virgin Premium Deluxe Villa Oliveto Olive Oil about these special low prices. The olive oil from Villa Oliveto comes from controlled cultivation and varietal purity. That means the oil consists of one variety of olive, in our case and is not blended with other oils, as typically usually commercially available. The large retailers can not offer large quantities of olive oil from one area, and one variety of high quality, so this is "almost" always refined and blended according to the taste of the customer. The olive oils from Villa Oliveto meet all requirements of the highest grade of an extra virgin olive oil. All of our oils come from first cold press (max 27 ° C) of early harvested olives, exclusively picked by hand without mechanical assistance. These are processed and bottled within 24 hours in most modern olive mills. The term "cold pressed", we use at this point, because this become generally accepted as a term of quality, and means nothing else that the oil is obtained at temperatures around 27 ° C. The olive oil of Villa Oliveto is either unfiltered or partly filtered. For this reason you will notice in our bottles, in contrast to the filtered and refined clear olive oil from the super markets, a turbidity or a slightly darker sediment. There, this is fine suspended matter in the olive oil, which settle over time on the ground. Tip: If moreover once the oil from one vintage is sold out, then you ought to wait until the next harvest! So please do not hesitate to place or to . a few bottles in stock. |
